Every project is different, which is why we first evaluate the specific needs of your business before preparing a quotation.
Pricing is determined by several factors, including the experience and training required, the equipment used, the complexity and risk involved in the project, production time, your distance from Athens, post-production requirements and the type and duration of any promotional services requested.
For projects requiring travel outside Attica—more than approximately 50 km from central Athens—travel, accommodation and related expenses may also be included in the final quotation.
A 50% deposit is payable once the service agreement has been signed. A lower-resolution preview version of the video is then provided for review and feedback. Once the project is approved and the remaining balance is paid, the final high-resolution video is delivered together with the relevant invoice.
Example
As an example, producing a polished one-minute promotional video can require at least 20 minutes of drone flight time in order to capture enough material to select the strongest shots during editing.
Basic post-production may include selecting the best footage, colour and lighting correction, editing the sequences together and adding introductory titles. Additional elements such as music, advanced transitions, animation and motion effects can also be included depending on the requirements of the project.

If you are located in Attica of Greece, we arrange a meeting to develop the filming concept and assess the location. For projects outside Attica, this planning stage can be completed by video call.

Booking date
We agree on the filming date and time, allowing you enough time to prepare the location where necessary.

Filming day
Filming takes place at the agreed location and time.

Post editing
We review and edit the captured material.

Initial delivery
You receive an initial preview version for evaluation and feedback.

Final payment
After final approval and payment, you receive the finished high-resolution video and the corresponding invoice.
